1 Gala Apple
A handful of Pecans, Walnuts or Almonds
1 Bagel or 2 slices of Whole Wheat Bread
Using your vegetable peeler, peel your apple over a garbage bin. Next, you want to grate your apple over your saucepan until you hit the pit. Once you're finished, cook the apple on medium heat adding the ginger and cinnamon. While your cooking your apple, toast your bagel or bread in the toaster or oven. After 5 minutes, your apples should be cooked through, add them on top of your bread and top with nuts!
