1/3 Cup Oatmeal
3/4 Cup Water
1tbsp Ground Cinnamon
Flax, Chia and Hemp Seed
2 Tbsp Smuckers Peanut Butter
Put oatmeal and water in a bowl. If you like thicker oatmeal add less water, if you like a looser oatmeal add more milk.
Microwave: Add appropriate amount of water, raisins, oatmea, and ground cinnamon in a bowl and put into the microwave for 2 minutes.
Stove: Boil water and add oatmeal, cinnamon, and raisins into sauce pan. Cook until oatmeal is soft and you have the desired thickness.
Take your bowl of cooked oatmeal and top with seeds, peanut butter and bananas!
