Mushroom Burgers

The perfect vegan substitute to burgers plus, you can eat double the serving and still consume under 600 calories 


Seer the mushrooms in a saucepan with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Season with paprika, cumin, salt and garlic powder or whatever seasoning you prefer.

Saute the peppers separately; I used chili powder, cayenne, garlic salt and ground pepper

Place mushrooms on bread and serve with your choice of vegetable. I made vegan spicy mayo, with sriracha sauce!
