Kale Pesto Pasta
All-Vegan cheesy kale pasta with raisins! Try this easy recipe today.
Clean your kale and place on baking sheet covered in 1 tbsp of olive oil. Bake in oven for 5-10 minutes until kale is slightly browned.
Cook pasta in pan, drain and add pesto. Add extra parsley, garlic, onion, salt and ground pepper in pasta, for taste.
Put pesto pasta at bottom of baking sheet, add kale on top, raisins and cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and kale is crunchy. Add sliced almonds on top and enjoy!
