banana protein pancakes

This is perfect to eat after morning workouts ! This recipe is super easy to do and the perfect protein packed breakfast!

Pancake Recipe:

Put the oatmeal, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon in a food processor until the banana is completely smooth (although the consistency of the batter will be chunky texture due to oatmeal.) After you have your pancake "batter", spray some cooking spray in a small skillet on low heat. Spoon in your pancake batter, making a small circle. The pancake will take 1-2 minutes to brown before you have to flip it over. Once you flip it, brown the other side for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes it's done, redue steps with the rest of the batter. You can add dark chocolate or even blueberries to the batter! I like to top it off with any fruit I have and nuts (I used apples above)


1/2 Banana

1 tsp Vanilla

1/3 Oatmeal

1 Egg White

Ground Cinnamon

1 Apple

* the more you weight the bigger portion size you will need, adjust measurements to your height and weight*
