Vegan Scrambled Eggs

Yes you can be vegan and have eggs! Well sort of, try my recipe for vegan eggs today.

Recipe:

This is easier than you think you only need two ingredients. Medium firm tofu and turmeric! Mash tofu and add turmeric for color, making sure there is no lumps!

Ingredients:

Saute onions in a non-stick pan and add a serving of the tofu "eggs". Season with ground pepper, paprika, garlic power, onion powder and garlic salt. Cook until tofu is brown and add cheese on top.

Put bacon in non-stick pan on medium heat and cover for 10 minutes. Take off cover and serve!
