The perfect turkey patty recipe ! This easy recipe makes the perfect turkey burger or protein source for meal prep.

Ingredients:

Ground Turkey

1/2 Cup Spinach

1 Onion

1/4 Cup Parmesean

Italian Season

Onion Powder

Ground Pepper

2 Garlic Cloves

Turkey Patty Recipe:

Mix all ingredients into ground turkey mix, and use hands to mash together. Use palms as measuring tool (palm size is roughly the amount of protein you need to consume.)
