Peel an apple and grate it in a sauce pan. Cook the apple on medium heat adding ginger and cinnamon to the apple. Toast your bagel or bread while cooking your apple. After 5 minutes, add apples on top of bread and top with nuts. This is a perfect dessert recipe or a fix for a sweet tooth.
