Boil eggs until they are cooked throughly, 15-20 minutes. Cut each egg in half and remove the yolk (yellow) parts.You are going to use only 2 yolks for this recipe, so discard the third. Add 1/4 of an avocado, your mustard, cayenne and ground pepper into a small bowl. Use a fork to mash all the ingredients until it's all blended together. Use a spoon to put mixture into your empty egg whites. Once all are filled top with paprika and a little garlic salt. I like to eat with my homemade garlic pita bread.
