I love fish and I love cajun seasoning. This recipe is easy to make and a great source of protein.
6 oz Tilapia or Flouder or Cod
Thaw out fish of your choice. Season with pepper and onion powder. Depending on how spicy you like your fish, add cayenne pepper and cajun seasoning ( the more cayenne the spicer it will be.) Rub down seasoning in fish. Heat 4 tbsp of olive oil in a fry pan, add fish and cover pan. Fish will take 8-10 min on med heat (depending on size and how you like it cooked.) Flip fish over and brown other side. Remove fish from pan and place on paper towel (to absorb excess oil.) Eat with the carb and vetable of your choice.
